BBQ Sausage
This type of sausage is traditional from Cataluña, in Northeast of Spain. Completely different from the rest of our chorizos as it doesn’t have paprika in it and its flavor has some pepper and other spices.
Can be eaten in a stew or grilled as any other barbeque chorizo.
