Ingredients:

  • 400 g of lentils or cooked (can)
  • ½ chorizo Quijote
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 leek
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

This Spanish recipe is a classic in every household across the country. This time, we tell you how to make amazing lentils in just 15 minutes.

Elaboration:

  • Chop and gently fry the vegetables.

    Finely chop the garlic, chives, leeks, pepper and carrots and lightly fry them in the pressure cooker.

  • Boil the chorizo.

    Heat water in a pan, add the chorizo and boil for 15 minutes.

  • Cook the lentils and add the chorizo

    Add the lentils and chorizo, cover with plenty of water and add salt.
